SPC SILICA TREAD COMPOUND

We use this special rubber compound in most of our road tubulars.- Hardness SH A 66, this mix of synthetic and natural rubber enriched with Active Silice gives tubulars an excellent grip in wet conditions and offers low resistance to rolling.

  4. Protective rubber layer located under the tread;
    when visible from tread wear, it also indicates tire wear and increased possibility of punctures.
  5. The carcass layers are superimposed and bonded under the tread, increasing the TPI value (threads per inch) and providing greater resistance to punctures.
  6. The carcass consists of two layers of rubber compound bonded together and reinforced with CRCA, each layer having the threads oriented in the opposite direction to the other layer.
